Add a tender and attach the documents. Set Waiting for Results, Tender Awarded, or Tender Unsuccessful. Awarded opens the project and keeps those files as the Contract Rules.
Load a cost dump for the contracts director. Money, profit and sign-off sit in their own column groups. The sheet starts empty.
Dates and amounts are the ones on the documents you load. The pages show them and compare the figures you enter. They do not price a bill and they do not invent a deadline.
